Challenge

This project was challenged by a tight construction schedule coupled with a goal of speed-to-market, delivery coordination issues which necessitated construction of a specialized access road, and incorporation of the latest state-of-the-art technologies while working on an active medical center campus.

Success

Northstar's approach is to employ a comprehensive Project Management Plan on every project, identifying project objectives by phase and the process required to accomplish these objectives. This led to the accomplished goal of providing a new Cancer Center to meet the needs of a growing community on time and within budget, and led to multiple future projects from a satisfied Owner.
