Key personnel participated in a Vendor Fair coordinated by the Northstar Medical Equipment Specialist. This allowed them to meet the approved suppliers and review and rate all major equipment pieces. This was followed up with limited equipment trials. Proper equipment placement was ensured through the construction of a mock room, coupled with actual work scenarios.
