Kevin brings 18 years of overall construction industry experience, including 12 years as Owner Representative, to the Northstar team. In his role as Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for providing overall leadership to the project team in developing capital construction projects. He has worked on over 100 projects lifetime, representing a cumulative value of more than $800 million and currently serves on the Executive Committee for the St. Louis Council for Construction Consumers.
His recent projects include St. Anthony’s Medical Center Cancer Center Planning, Phase I Master Plan and Kirkwood Campus Renovation in St. Louis, MO; CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs 2W/1W Renovation; St. Mary’s Health Center Replacement Hospital in Jefferson City, MO; Cardinal Glennon Dallas Heart & Radiology Renovation; St. Mary’s NICU Renovation; Mercy Carthage Imaging Equipment Replacement; various equipment planning and procurement projects for SSM Health.
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering, with structural engineering emphasis, at the University of Missouri - Columbia and his Master’s degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in finance, from Saint Louis University. He holds his Professional Engineering Licensure and a Healthcare Construction Certification from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering.
