Luke brings 15 years of Total Industry experience and 5 years Owner Representative experience to the Northstar team. In his role as Project Manager, he is responsible for overall project budget and schedule tracking, construction administration, coordination of Owner direct purchases, occupancy, relocation planning, and project close-out. His experience in Project/Construction Management is enhanced by his body of work in Quality Control and Site Safety. His resume of project work includes multiple projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
His recent projects include SSM Health St. Joseph's Hospital West in St. Louis MO, Mercy Orthopedic Hospital in Ft. Smith, AR, Mercy Outpatient Facility I-35 in Edmond, OK, as well as numerous Mercy healthcare projects in Springfield, MO.
Luke earned his Bachelor of Science in construction management at Illinois State University. He successfully completed the OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) 30-Hour Safety & Health Training Course and holds an Adult CPR & Standard First Aid Certification from the American Red Cross. He is affiliated with the Southern Illinois University Construction Leadership Institute.
