Perry brings 28 years of Owner Representative experience to the Northstar team. In his role as a Northstar Principal, he is responsible for providing overall leadership to the project team in developing and implementing capital construction projects. He has worked on over 500 projects lifetime, representing a cumulative value of more than $1 billion.
Perry has served as the Project Director for a variety of Northstar clients, including Logan College of Chiropractic, SSM Health, Pfizer, St. Louis College of Pharmacy, and Mercy. His recent projects include SSM Health St. Mary’s Replacement Hospital in Jefferson City, MO, and SSM Saint Louis University Medical Campus Renewal Project.
Perry earned his Masters of Business Administration from Lindenwood College – St. Charles, MO and his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.
