The project also includes an 800-seat auditorium, a greenhouse, and extensive landscaping that will serve as an outdoor teaching laboratory. The project also provides a monument sign identifying the hospital as well as the City of Creve Coeur.

Sixth and seventh floors were initially shelled. This project involved multiple clinical and support department coordination and schedules. In addition, there were specialized equipment requirements and density, along with ensuring that user clinical integration needs were met. This project required constant review of equipment elevations, specification sheets and infrastructure, to ensure correct placement and utility.
